Well! THAT was a resounding flop, failure, fiasco. Was the picture the problem? Did it not elicit reaction? Should I try again with a different photo? Is the idea itself (soliciting your captions) of no interest? Was the barometric pressure an issue and, besides, it was a Saturday? This is one of those moments--and I have many of them--wherein I feel like I'm in the danceband on the Titanic singing "Nearer, My God, to Thee." HELP!!!! The water's rising!!!!
I found this photo boring sorry.. I just saw 2 girls on their way in costume for a high school play.As Zach said I thought about it and came up with nothing?
I am responding after the storm is over. I see it didn't turn out as you had hoped. But the responses say it all. It's not about you, it's about the picture. It is a picture of two girls in angel costumes. I mean what can anyone say about that. Nice feathers? Didn't know they had hot pink angels in heaven?
I am a Christ follower, but either bored with or offended by much of the evangelical subculture.
I hate and fear spiders, particularly if they are colorful, large, or hairy, but I am fascinated with snakes.
I am a father of four adult children and have many regrets about my emotional unavailability in those early fathering years, but God has been gracious and gives me much joy, nonetheless, in and through my children and their children. I love them so much.
I love to ride my mountain bike--if the temps are between 68-71, and if the winds range from 1-3 mph across the Illinois prairie.
I love my wife who has done this journey with me for 36 years. She has experienced my ranting and raging, my tailspinning lows, and my off-the-wall "I can't believe he just said/did that" reactions and antics. She has loved me in and through it all. I am blessed.
I am a peacemaker, but, frustratingly, not a peaceable person and hope the gap between my position and my character significantly diminishes.
I listen to the Avett Brothers,Jimmy Buffet, Van Morrison, Jack Johnson, the Grateful Dead, and Jesus Christ, but not necessarily in that order.

Sorry, Steve...I tried to come up with a caption but couldn't think of anything. I actually thought about it a lot, but nothing came to mind.
You could maybe try again with a different photo? Might help to be able to see faces.

Strike three. i like the caption idea though.......
Try again.
Now I know what the Cubs feel like every time they step up to the plate.
Don't be so hard on yourself, Steve. This is just one strikeout...the Cubs have a long-standing tradition of losing!
:)

I will never again seek a caption for a photo of two girls--or, for that matter, two guys--in angel costumes.
Is a hot pink angel someone who almost made it to the other place but squeaked into heaven?
